The course and your starting point

What is the CloudPros DevOps bootcamp?

CloudPros is a live online DevOps and cloud engineering bootcamp running over 20 weeks in total, organised into five modules: 16 core weeks, three recap weeks (weeks 5, 10 and 15) that close the first three modules, and a bonus MLOps week in week 20. You learn Linux, networking, Git, Python, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitOps, observability, and security through live teaching and practical work. Each cohort is limited to 15 learners.

Can I learn DevOps with no experience?

Yes. You do not need a computer science degree or previous DevOps experience. The course starts with Linux, networking, and Git, then introduces Python in week 4. You will need a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and time to practise. If you already work in development, IT support, or systems administration, you can build on that experience.

Does the course teach AWS, Azure or Google Cloud?

The practical cloud lessons use AWS. You learn networking, access control, infrastructure automation and troubleshooting—skills you can build on when working with other cloud platforms.

What projects will I build during the cloud engineering course?

You'll build a multi-tier AWS environment, a containerised application and a CI/CD pipeline. You'll also create reusable Terraform modules, deploy to Kubernetes and investigate application problems with metrics, logs and traces. Keep your code, architecture diagrams and troubleshooting notes together so you can walk someone through your work.

How does the bonus MLOps week work?

Week 20 is Module 5, a dedicated bonus week after the 16 core weeks and three recap weeks. It covers machine learning infrastructure: experiment tracking with MLflow, model registries, containerised model serving, Kubernetes workloads, monitoring, and drift detection. It builds directly on the deployment and operations skills taught during the core programme.

Teaching, support and student experiences

Who teaches the cloud engineering course?

Olakunle Abiola, known as The DevOps Dude, teaches the programme. He brings more than 11 years of DevOps and site reliability engineering experience, with live demonstrations, practical challenges and time to work through questions in a class of up to 15 learners.

Can I study alongside a full-time job?

Yes. Live classes run on weekends, with practical exercises to work through during the week. Recordings let you revisit a lesson whenever you need to.

What career support is included?

You get CV and résumé reviews, help with your LinkedIn profile, and mock interviews. Practise explaining your projects and technical decisions so you can talk confidently about your work with employers.

How is a bootcamp different from learning on my own?

With CloudPros, you have a clear syllabus, live teaching and an instructor to help when you get stuck. You build projects, get feedback and learn alongside a small group working towards the same goal.

What do students say about CloudPros?

CloudPros has more than 100 graduates and is rated 5/5 from 50+ student reviews. Students describe practical explanations, growing confidence with cloud tools and useful project work. Written reviews and graduate videos are available on the reviews page.

Can I build job-ready cloud skills in 20 weeks?

Yes. Learn through live classes, practical projects and instructor feedback. CV and LinkedIn reviews and mock interviews help you prepare to present your work to employers.
