These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CloudPros website and services, including our bootcamp programs, masterclasses, and educational content. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

• "You" or "Student" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrolls in our programs.
• "Services" refers to all educational programs, bootcamps, masterclasses, course materials, and related offerings provided by CloudPros.
• "Content" refers to all course materials, videos, recordings, documents, and other educational resources.

1. Registration

To enroll in our programs, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

2. Payment terms

• All fees are displayed in the applicable currency (GBP, USD, or NGN) at the time of enrollment.
• Payment must be completed in full before accessing course content, unless a payment plan has been arranged.
• We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors.
• Prices are subject to change, but enrolled students will not be affected by price increases for their current program.

3. Early bird and promotional pricing

Early bird and promotional prices are valid only during the specified period. Once the promotional period ends, standard pricing applies. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our bootcamp programs. If you are not satisfied with the program within the first 14 days of the course start date, you may request a full refund.

Conditions for refund:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 14 days of the course start date.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-refundable circumstances:

• Requests made after the 14-day period
• Masterclasses and short-form workshops (unless otherwise stated)
• If you have completed more than 25% of the course content
• If you have downloaded or accessed course materials beyond the first two weeks

Ownership

All course content, materials, videos, recordings, documents, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property provided by CloudPros are owned by CloudPros or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to use

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with anyone
• Record, screenshot, or capture live classes or recorded content
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any course content
• Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use course materials to create competing products or services
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

As a student, you agree to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect and professionalism
• Participate constructively in class discussions and community forums
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Complete your own work and not engage in plagiarism or cheating
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other students

Violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

• Live classes are held at scheduled times as communicated during enrollment.
• Attendance at live classes is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
• All live classes are recorded and made available within 24 hours.
• You will have lifetime access to class recordings upon successful enrollment.
• CloudPros is not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent attendance.
• In the event of technical issues on our end, classes will be rescheduled and communicated promptly.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion. To qualify for a certificate:

• You must complete all required coursework and projects
• You must maintain good standing and comply with the code of conduct
• You must have paid all applicable fees in full

The certificate represents completion of our training program and does not constitute a professional certification or academic degree.

No guarantee of employment

While we provide career support and have a strong track record of student success, we do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes. Job placement depends on various factors including your effort, skills, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Educational purposes

Our courses are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, technology and best practices evolve rapidly. We recommend verifying information with official documentation when working in production environments.

"As is" basis

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudPros and its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services
• Any errors or omissions in course content

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudPros, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of the code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
